possible to respond and resource yourself with kindness,
compassion, and intention, during a moment of stress or
inadequacy
This 8-week course offers you a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the key practices of mindful self-compassion, based on the research and work of the founders Kristin Neff and Chris Germer. Learn how powerful and transformative mindful self-compassion is in nourishing and safe space at Ashe House.
This course is particularly suited for psychologists, counsellors, psychotherapists, and all mental health professionals to enhance your personal and professional understanding of selfcompassion in a safe experiential and embodied way.
