The Inside Out Editorial Board would like to invite submissions from IAHIP members, associates and anyone enthusiastic about psychotherapy for the Spring 2024 edition of Inside Out. Share your experiences and insights related to psychotherapy, personal growth and life's ups and downs.

We're also eager to hear what you think about the articles in Inside Out.

We'd love your reviews of books, workshops, conferences, films, and shows. How did they change your perspective on therapy and humanity? 

And let's not forget "The Space" - it's your playground to express thoughts, memories, drawings, and those "aha" moments. Get creative, there's no page limit. Let's keep our journal vibrant!

Inside Out is the journal of the membership of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy.
