Complaints Policy

The Complaints Committee, which is governed by Bye Law 7, shall consider and manage all complaints in accordance with the Complaints Policy (Bye Law 7A).

The purpose of the IAHIP Complaints Policy is to provide a means of investigating complaints against Members, Associates, Supervisors and Recognised Training Bodies and to determine measures to be taken to resolve such complaints.

Members, Associates, Supervisors and Recognised Training Bodies agree to be bound by the relevant Code of Ethics:

The Complaints Policy is part of a structure which aims to ensure and maintain the highest standards of professional practice amongst the Members, Associates, supervisors and Recognised Training Bodied of IAHIP for:

    • the protection and integrity of all its Members; and
    • the protection of the interest and wellbeing of those who engage the services of such Members, Associates, Supervisors and Recognised Training Bodies.
