A Year to Live is a year-long, heart-opening journey that invites you to explore these questions—not as a morbid thought experiment, but as a path to deeper aliveness and spiritual awakening.
Whether you're navigating grief, a life transition, or simply feeling called to live more intentionally, this immersive program offers a sacred space for reflection, connection, and inner transformation.
Over twelve months, you will:
Release fear and embrace what truly matters
Reflect on your life story and spiritual journey
Deepen your capacity for forgiveness, gratitude, and love
Clarify your legacy and live with nothing left unsaid
Write your spiritual/autobiography as a gift for future generations
The program includes:
2 in-person retreats (Ireland & Spain)
10 monthly online gatherings (2 hours each)
Monthly buddy check-ins for support and integration
Guided teachings, meditation, and community reflection
