‘The Children of Lir’ -
A Four-Day Residential Experiential Workshop Based on the Beloved Irish Myth.

From jealousy, trauma, grief and exile can come connection, loyalty, love and transformation. We invite you to explore the richness of this ancient Irish myth and to experience its truth in our lives today.
‘The Children of Lir’ deals with universal themes, among them the power of love, the suffering of loss and grief, blind jealousy, the powerlessness of living under a spell, and the possibility of healing and transformation.
Entering deeply into the myth in this workshop, we embody the characters in the story, bringing the archetypes alive, thus enabling us to recognize and own them in ourselves, casting new light on our lives. We connect with our personal experiences of loss, of jealousy, and of the spells we are living.
The approach is fully rooted in the Paul Rebillot tradition, with a creative weaving together of dramatization, meditation, movement, image-making, music, Gestalt practice and ritual.
