In order to benefit from this workshop, attendees will need to have a foundational understanding of topics such as the neurodiversity paradigm, autistic & ADHD neurotypes, masking/unmasking, the double empathy problem, ableism, etc. Much of the material explored will be of relevance to helping professionals such as therapists & psychologists, but will also be valuable to anyone who is interested in this new area of learning.
