We'll explore the basic theories of Wilhelm Reich and Alexander Lowen, pioneers in somatic psychotherapy, and how their work integrates with a humanistic approach. Expect discussion, reflection, and some gentle experiential exercises to support your own somatic awareness and clinical insight.
