Saturday February 1st:
10am – 5pm
A day working therapeutically in nature. We will nourish our hearts connection to nature and explore how nature can provide and heal using creative arts, rituals, poetry and stillness. In February as the days grow longer and warmth returns, that which has been frozen, begins to thaw and feeling returns to the earth. The month of February begins with the ancient festival of Imbolc. Meaning in the belly, Imbolc, marks the first stirring of life in the womb of the earth. Dedicated to the goddess Brid, it is the first fire festival of the year. We will have a nourishing lunch with plenty of homemade treats throughout the day.
Sunday 2nd February
10am – 2pm
We continue our therapeutic work in nature. The workshop ends after sharing lunch with the group.
Cost of Retreat: €300
Deposit required of €100 to secure a space. This is a small group so limited spaces available.
Some accommodation is available onsite - price available on request. Local B&B’s available nearby.
Unlimited space for wild camping available.
