Steps: A Journey of Growth is a 24-week Personal Development Course where people come together to share their own stories, listen to, and learn from others, explore possibilities and wonder why they often find themselves back in the same or similar awkward situations. This is an experientially based, humanistic and integrative course. Run by experienced psychotherapists Marie Stewart and Ted Leahy, both trained by Flatstone.
The course will run in Cork on Wednesday evenings from 7.00pm to 9.30pm, starting on October 2nd 2023 and ending on March 26th 2024 in Cork. Weekends TBA.
No previous experience of personal work is needed for this course.
