Rooms for Rent - The Dun Laoghaire Therapy Centre
Are you looking to begin or expand your private practice? We presently have referrals for therapists who wish to take a space with us. We are looking for a range of psychotherapy practitioners in all fields including, but not limited to, couples counsellors, somatic practitioners and CBT therapists. We rent on a 2 and 4 hourly slot basis
2hour slots: weekdays only. 9am-11am, 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm & 3pm-5pm (€110 p/month for Mondays and €120 p/month Tuesday- Saturday)
4hour slots: 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm and 5pm-9pm (€220 p/month for Mondays and €240 p/month Tuesday-Friday)
Sessional hours: We offer additional sessional hourly rental to therapists who take a 4 hour slot with us. These hours can be taken up and dropped with no notice period. Hours rented when needed only. Hourly charge is €15 per hour with no VAT charges or €10 per hour is you take more than 1 x 4 hour slot with us.
We are a fully alarmed centre with the security of a camera intercom/buzzer system, monitored personal panic buttons in each therapy room, waiting room, bathrooms, kitchenette and wi-fi throughout. Our rooms are beautifully furnished and warmly lit and have been purpose designed for therapists and clients in any wellbeing/therapeutic profession. It is a space to work, network and grow your practice.
