Mind contemplative neuroscience training for psychotherapists

As more and more therapists and mental health professionals learn about interpersonal neurobiology and contemplative practices, there is an increasing desire to translate theoretical and philosophical principles into practical applications for use with clients.  

A broad range of psychological and interpersonal issues will be addressed, including attachment, emotion, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, challenging presentations, resilience, and interventions that offer a uniquely holistic, compassionate and integrative approach to mental health and wellbeing.

Mind will focus on the work of Richard Davidson, Allan Schore, Louis Cozolino, Janina Fisher, Susan Johnson, Richard C. Schwartz, Stephen Porges, Daniel Amen, Sara Lazar, Daniel Siegel, Daniel Stern, Mark Epstein, Pat Ogden, Rich Hanson, Peter Levine, Tara Brach, Babette Rothschild and Shauna Shapiro.

Mondays evening monthly online meetings from 5pm to 6.30pm.

Dates: (24 January, 21 February, 21 March, 25 April, 23 May, 27 June, 25 July, 29 August, 26 September, 24 October, 28 November, 19 December 2022)

In-person training:  10am to 5pm on Saturday, 22 May and 22 October 2022, Ashling Hotel, Dublin.

Cost: €195 including 18 hours online training, 12 hours in-person training, certificate, notes, resources.
