Soearth Projects are hosting an 'in person' self care weekend at Soearth Projects Kill, Co.Kildare on the 21st and 22nd of August (dependent on government restrictions). This event takes place in our purpose built venue, surrounded by acres of forested and bio-diverse land. This weekend is facilitated by Heidi Morrison, Art Psychotherapist.

What to expect: This self care weekend is enjoyed through the use of creativity and nature for wellbeing. The weekend will offer participants a chance to pause, unwind, interact and immerse oneself with nature and creativity.

This weekend focuses on the creative processes, nature and our engagement with it, using art as a tool for relaxation and wellness (it is not skills dependent and not instructive). We will be using self care themes, such as grounding, holding, nourishment etc and will be employing nature to inspire such themes.

This weekend is perfect for those wanting to relax and positively engage with themselves and others. It is also great for those who are interested in using nature and/or creative processes in therapeutic practice. The event is aimed for those working in psychotherapy and healthcare related fields.
