Spacious, Bright and Comfortable therapy rooms available for rent in the heart of Tallaght Village. Rooms are suitable for Counselling & Psychotherapy. We welcome enquiries to rent therapy rooms from Qualified, Fully Accredited Counsellors & Psychotherapists who are looking to establish and develop their clinical practice in a professional and supportive environment. Counsellors & Psychotherapist must have their own Indemnity Insurance.

Our clinic and Therapy rooms are decorated to a high standard, and we have a housekeeping service that thoroughly cleans the clinic daily. We have also implemented infection control procedures in response to Covid-19 to ensure that the clinic environment is at a high hygiene standard. All rooms are well ventilated.

Our clinic provides:

• Separate toilet facilities for Therapist and Clients
• Alarmed secure premises, (monitored by alarm company)
• Heating and Lighting costs included in room rental rate
• Prime location, serviced by major bus routes
• Ample free parking near clinic

Minimum Therapy Room rental is 1 x 4 hour / session block. There are also options to book in 6-hour block, and 8-hour block. We do not offer once off or sporadic room rental. Therapy Room rental agreement is for a minimum of 6-month period. Room Rental fee is paid on a monthly basis by bank standing order, and rental fee in paid 1 month in advance. Therapy Room rental rates are highly competitive.
