Psychotherapist, Play Therapist and Creative Supervisor
I am in private practice and work in Dublin 3 on the Northside of Dublin and offers assistance to enable clients of all ages explore what is going on for them in a safe, secure environment. The 130 Bus from Abbey Street passes the centre's door and the Dart to Clontarf Road leaves you with a less than 10 minute walk to the therapy centre.
I also work at a local school where I see students onsite on a weekly basis during the academic year. Qualifications: I have a Masters in Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health from Trinity College Dublin, where my final dissertation focused on self-harm. I also have a Diploma in Child Psychotherapy and Play Therapy from the Children's Therapy Centre, a Diploma in Adult Psychotherapy from the Tivoli Institute and a Diploma in Creative Supervision.
I specialize in therapy to address issues related to overall well-being, some of which relate to Abuse, Anger, Anxiety, Bullying, Depression, Eating Disorders, Gender Support, 'not fitting in', Panic, Psycho-sexual Issues, Self-Harm, Suicidal Ideation/Thoughts Trichotillomania, to name some of the range of issues I can help with.
I also offer exam stress management workshops for groups and I offer a 50 minutes individual exam stress session to help alleviate the pressures exams bring.
