Methodology:
Working directly with the experience of the client- therapist relationship using hands on psychotherapy for the restoration of equilibrium with self and others.

Influences:
Biodynamic massage psychotherapy, integrated with Jungian psychology, craniosacral, reichian and other training and experiences.

Working in Limerick, Ennis and Galway and workshops nationally.

Art:

My art practice is walking drawing, which is a reflective practice, concerned with documenting experience; its current iteration is through walking, drawing the synchronistic meaning from found objects in relation to current life. Walking drawing is influenced by traditional walking drawing, contemporary drawing practice, body psychotherapy, Jungian practice especially walking and synchronicity.
