I have practiced as a counsellor / psycotherapist for twenty years and as a supervisor for thirteen years. My approach is holistic in nature, body and mind.

I hold a strong belief in the importance of good mental health both for the individual and wider community. I have trained as a Bodypsychotherapist with the Sensiromotor Psychotherapy Institute Colorado, in the treatment of Trauma in the body.
