Superego Seminar

Superego Seminar

Superego Seminar

The judge, superego or inner critic shapes and limits our daily life. This psychic entity, which praises, accuses, promises and threatens is forever looking over our shoulder to see if we measure up. Invading our relationships and undermining our self-esteem, self-judgement is the primary force keeping us in our status quo, preventing us from becoming more of what we can be. And mostly we don’t recognise its activities.

In this seminar we will open the process of identifying, understanding and disengaging from this force that keeps us locked in our status quo. And begin finding the kindness for ourselves and the fire and the deliberate action to confront this force and open up the space for us to be more of ourselves.

Intended for

  • everyone with an interest in and a willingness to confront habitual patterns of self-attack
  • professionals who help others free themselves from self-attack
  • those interested in the Diamond Approach path

“The Diamond Approach is a superb combination of some of the best of modern Western psychology with ancient (and spiritual) wisdom. I recommend the Diamond Approach as probably the most balanced of the widely available spiritual psychologies/therapies”                                                                                                                                                  Ken Wilbur from the cover of “The Unfolding Now”

“A masterpiece of integration of both the spiritual and psychotherapeutic traditions which is essential material for anyone concerned with helping others to develop a deeper sense of personhood or to liberate themselves from the repetition compulsion to suffer  that defines the neurotic condition”                                                                                                                                                                  David Boadella from the cover of “Pearl beyond Price”
