Located in South Dublin, the Rutland Centre has been Ireland’s best known residential and outpatient Addiction Treatment Centre for the last 40 years, treating adults for all substance and process addictions. We are now recruiting for the following management position:
Clinical Quality Improvement Manager
Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager and to the CEO & Medical Director where appropriate, the Clinical Quality Improvement Manager will design and oversee the implementation of current and new robust Quality Improvement and Accreditation programs across the organisation. He/she will also work with clients, to support the multi-disciplinary team, with a particular focus on managing clinical risk.
Essential Requirements
The successful candidate must hold as a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines: Addiction counselling, psychotherapy, or psychology. They must also have at least 5 years relevant post qualification experience and be fully accredited by an approved body.
Desirable Requirements
Candidates will have a proven track record in the preparation and implementation of relevant evidence-based policies and procedures and will have experience working with an accreditation program in a clinical setting. The candidate will be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of clinical governance with a particular focus on clinical risk.
