I offer a safe, confidential space to explore personal life issues. I am happy to work with teenagers and adults.
Having worked for 14 years with Barnardos Bereavement Service, I am especially interested in families/individuals who are experiencing loss.
Often we find it difficult to like ourselves and this in turn impacts all of our relationships. I am happy to support people who struggle in this regard.
