About me
I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can work on the concerns that bring them to therapy, process painful experiences, and develop the necessary coping mechanisms and resources to improve the quality of their lives. I strive to create a strong therapeutic relationship, where experiences are responded to with compassion, enabling clients to learn to relate to themselves and others in healthier ways.
I focus on helping clients through a humanistic, person-centred approach integrated with other approaches to suit my client’s needs, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT).
Qualifications:
Masters in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy;
Masters in Educational Psychology;
B.Ed, B.Sc, (Psychology) Certificate in Emotion Focused Therapy
