My approach integrates ideas and practices from a wide range of therapy styles, including person-centred therapy, Gestalt therapy, psychoanalysis, existential psychotherapy and other psychodynamic psychotherapies.
Underlying all of these approaches is a foundation of empathy, curiosity and respect for each client, as we work together to understand and address the challenges they face.
