Areas of Interest
It is my focus to help people of all ages and backgrounds, deal with issues that may arise from any given situation or circumstance, and in doing so, allow them to navigate through their life in an informed, supportive and meaningful way, as well as help those who are struggling, to understand and explore all options available to them.
I deal with a wide range of issues including (but not limited to) trauma, family conflict, bereavement and loss, sexuality, relationship difficulties, anger management, depression, anxiety and stress. My therapeutic process aims to help the client understand and resolve their problems by increasing awareness of their inner world and its influence over relationships both past and present.
