About me
I hold an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy with Dublin City University (DCU)
and a Professional Diploma in Integrative Clinical Psychotherapy from Turning Point Institute, Dublin.
Prior to training as a psychotherapist, I worked for over two decades as a Social Care professional in a variety of settings, in both Ireland and USA. I use an integrative and humanistic approach to therapy providing a non-judgmental trusting space for clients to explore, learn and grow from their life experiences. I work with people to explore their past and present, supporting their self-awareness development and personal growth.
