About me
Amina Samee offers counselling and psychotherapy to adults ‘in-person’ at her practices in Carrickmines, Dublin 18 and Pearse Street, Dublin 2. She offers ‘online’ sessions via Zoom as well.
The foundation to her psychotherapeutic approach is based on Humanistic and Person-Centred Therapy and Psychosynthesis. Integrated into this foundation is: Attachment Theory, Grief/Loss Theory, Gestalt Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Buddhist Philosophy, Psychosocial Development Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
