Areas of Interest
I work with young people and their families in Crosscare Teen Counselling. I take some private work also. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety and panic, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, bereavement, relationship issues, and more using art therapeutically, mindfulness, relaxation, and most forms of communication mediums. Mostly I offer a safe space to those who feel isolated and alone within themselves.
