Areas of Interest
I have a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy from UCC.
I am qualified as a general and mental health nurse and studied addiction treatment in Trinity college.
I recently qualified as a supervisor.
I have a private practice for the past 15 years and I also work in the Adult mental health service.
I work with adolescents and I have an interest in Gender dysphoria.
I work with trauma and attachment models of treatment.
I use a psychodynamic and relational lens in my work.
I am interested in the unconscious, which can work well with creative and imaginative processes , such as art, dream work and fairytales.
I have an interest in the Addiction/trauma model of care.
I have studied Addiction in Trinity College and Art Therapy in Crawford Art College.
I believe that it is very important to continue my own personal development so I attend regular supervision and I am part of a group called Ridwan, which is an ongoing journey into personal development.
I attend a monthly group, which offers meditaion, deep listening, body and soul exploration.
