I work with clients on a wide variety of areas, including: relationships, career choice, self-doubt and self-esteem, loss, anxiety, self-care, emotions, gender, sexuality, life transitions, voice & creative expression, embodiment, spirituality and consciousness.

My approach emphasises the importance of early childhood attachment experiences and holding environment. I work a lot with archetypes and symbols, and various multidimensional soul-maps, for an integrative approach.

I have a particular interest in working with those who identify as intuitive, spiritual, empathic, or highly-sensitive.
