About me
Attracta has been practicing as a psychotherapist for nearly 25 years. She holds a 4 year Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and a 3 year MA in Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy (Gestalt & Existential) from UL & specialises in complex childhood trauma.

She followed this with 5 years Somatic training at the Institute of Biosynthesis in Heiden, Switzerland (with the internationally renowned trauma expert Dr David Boadella pioneer in childhood trauma & interpersonal neuroscience) and qualified with a Diploma in Biosynthesis Somatic & Depth Psychology Oriented Psychotherapy. Attracta has also experienced extensive training with Sara Hollwey & Jill Brierly in 'Advanced Process & Supervision Skills' influenced by the process work of Arnie Mindell.

Previously she has held several roles (Programme leader/Tutor/Academic Board) as a psychotherapy educator on Masters level psychotherapy trainings throughout Ireland.
