Areas of Interest
I practice as a Humanistic and Integrative Therapist. My areas of interest include anxiety, panic attacks, depression, bereavement/loss, relationship difficulties, health related issues, low self esteem, low self confidence, anger management, stress, trauma, spirituality, personal development and general counselling.
