About me
I trained in the Gestalt Institute of Ireland. In my work my approach is humanistic and integrative. I have a deep belief in each persons potential for growth and their capacity to respond to change and find meaning and direction in their lives. I emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship which provides a supportive and safe environment for exploration, healing and development of a deeper sense of wholeness and integration. I have a background in community Development with over 25 years experience providing personal development, educational and community based programs for individuals, families and groups. I am also a facilitator, trainer and organizational consultant with extensive experience in the areas of supervision, team development workplace learning and practitioners' self care.

Areas of Interest
I have considerable experience working with people with a wide range of psychological and emotions difficulties including people recovering from trauma and people experiencing stress anxiety and depression related difficulties. I also work with people struggling with problematic relationships, bereavement, loss and life transitions. I am also an accredited clinical supervisor with experience working with a broad range of psychotherapists, Counselors and allied health professionals.
