Areas of Interest
As a professional therapist, I am very interested in supporting Adolescents and Young adults in today's world. I also enjoy working with the Adult who has lived through and wants to reflect on childhood, family, relationships, and friendships. I support people who live with anxiety and depression. I offer connection and guidance for people who have a loss of purpose and are confused in their lives, experience emptiness, and want to engage in future planning. Through the relationship of psychotherapy, I support people to achieve a sense of self and belonging and where necessary facilitate healing and growth.
