I work creatively with clients to discover how best they can find their way through experiences that block their growth.

Clients include people experiencing mental health difficulties (anxiety, depression, panic attacks etc), life transitions, stress & traumatic experiences, relationship difficulties, identity & sexuality. They come from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures and include young adults right through to older adults.
