DETAILS OF WORKSHOP

This 1 day workshop of group supervision will give an overview of the particular aspects of working with a group of therapists and the dynamics that may arise and that are important to understand for the successful running and maximum benefit of supervising with a group. It will emphasise the potential extra elements of support and perspective that can be available in working with and in a group. All this will be coupled with experiential learning.  

PRESENTER - Deirdre Walsh

Deirdre is an accredited supervisor, core process Psychotherapist and group analyst. Having recently retired from 25 years working in the national counselling service, she has worked as a psychotherapist with individuals and groups for over 30 years. Her supervision practice, since 2009, has been both in private practice and in the NCS as case manager. She has supervised students, individuals and run supervision groups of therapists in private practice and in organisations.
