About me
I am an accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 16 years of experience working across social care and community-based settings. My work is relational, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship where insights and change can emerge.

Drawing on humanistic, body-oriented, and mindfulness-based approaches, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, I support clients in exploring both their lived experience and embodied awareness.
