I offer a warm, collaborative, and trauma-focused space where people can explore life with curiosity, compassion, and care. My approach is holistic, recognising the interconnectedness of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. We work together with where you are and reconnect with what matters most.

Alongside contemporary psychotherapy, my work is informed by contemplative practice and depth psychology. I believe that meaningful healing often begins when we slow down, listen deeply, and make space for what is here and ready to emerge.
