About me
I started my career working with Children with Autism, progressing to working in Social Care with Teenagers impacted by Trauma, Addiction and Family breakdown. After retraining with an MSC in Counselling and Psychotherapy I then worked with Kildare Youth Services moving on to Pieta House as the Clinical Manager of the Crisis Helpline. I am now in Private Practice with Compass Counselling in Leixlip/Dunboyne and aswell as the Counselling Centre in Maynooth.
I would consider myself an open, compassionate and non-judgemental therapist who can provide a calm safe space for clients to explore their difficulties and come to an understanding on how to make changes in order to live a more fulfilling authentic life with healthier relationships.
