About me
I have an MA in Psychotherapy and am accredited with IAHIP. I trained within the Humanistic-Integrative model – a client-centered framework in which the therapist may draw upon different therapeutic modalities depending on the specific needs of the individual client.
I have also trained in Jungian Psychotherapy which respects the inter-relatedness of all dimensions of our being – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. I value in particular the therapeutic potential of the Dream as it enables unconscious material to come to conscious awareness.
