About me
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Counselling and Psychotherapy in Cork back in 2008, and since then, I have dedicated my career to making a difference in the lives of others. Currently, I serve as a psychotherapist with the National Counselling Service in the Midlands while also maintaining my private practice. My primary passion lies in supporting adults who have endured childhood trauma, helping them reclaim their narratives and find healing.

In addition to my work with clients, I provide valuable guidance and therapy for therapists-in-training, nurturing the next generation of mental health professionals. My deep appreciation for nature, animals, and quality time with loved ones fuels my commitment to holistic well-being.

Counselling and psychotherapy are not just professions for me; they are genuine passions that drive my relentless pursuit of knowledge and personal growth. At present, I am advancing my expertise by pursuing a Master's in Trauma Studies and have recently joined the IAHIP Ethics Committee. Together, we can forge paths of healing, understanding, and empowerment.
