I offer short-term or long-term therapy, depending on your personal preferences and individual goals. Maybe you have been feeling a bit lost, stressed out, emotional, numb, confused, overwhelmed or unable to cope? Perhaps you feel 'stuck' in some way and not sure what to do to shift things forward? I can help: I provide a confidential, compassionate space where you can explore whatever's troubling you and develop resilience and the coping skills you need to deal with whatever life is throwing at you.

I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing thoughts of suicide and/or engaging in self harm as well as those bereaved by suicide.
With new awareness and insights, you can make sense of the past and discover more constructive ways to cope with the present. My aim is to empower you to harness your inner resources, make positive changes and learn tools to increase and maintain your wellbeing.
