About me
I am a supervisor and psychotherapist working within an evidence based, compassion focussed approach held in a psychodynamic frame. I teach Theory & Practice counselling skills, Ethics and Contemporary Issues at Dublin Business School. I am passionate about the development of ethical psychotherapists and support students and supervisees to work in a way that best fits their temperament, pace, and level of development.
