About me
I am a qualified, experienced and fully accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I practice in Killester, Co. Dublin and online. I have also completed EMDR UK and Ireland training and am a COSRT registered psychosexual and relationships therapist. I integrate many different approaches depending on each client's specific requirements and facilitate all clients to develop clarity so that they may develop the skills and resources within themselves to deal with these challenges and overcome obstacles. I work with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, anger, grief, relationships, self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal ideation and have a particular interest in working with individuals who have experienced any form of trauma. I am committed to providing a peaceful safe, nurturing and supportive environment where you can reflect, explore and gain insight on distressing areas in your life that you are struggling with. I will work towards supporting and guiding you to a more fulfilled life. Through resolving underlying issues, challenging irrational thoughts patterns, addressing emotional difficulties and collaboratively developing effective coping strategies that will enable you to gain more control over your life and wellbeing.
