I have 32 years experience working in the field of psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching. I work with clients needing help with some of life and work's difficulties including: Anxiety, Stress, Career, Management & Leadership Issues, Bereavement, Relationship Difficulties, Self-Esteem, Confidence, Meaning & Purpose in Life and Work. I have facilitated many professional development workshops for psychotherapists and I am the founder and joint director of a coaching training programme, run by Coach Institute of Ireland. As well as offering psychotherapy, I can also offer coaching, depending on what your needs are.
