About me
I am an accredited psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, trainer, and mindfulness teacher with over 35 years’ experience working with individuals and groups both in private practice and a wide range of community based settings. I am a long time student of meditation and I have been integrating the practices of mindfulness and compassion into my counselling and psychotherapy practice since the 1990s. As an Integrative practitioner, I weave together my life experience, trainings, knowledge and skills in counselling, psychology, mindfulness-based approaches, bereavement studies, and trauma therapy, to offer the best combination of support and care to each client.
