About me
For over 30 years, I have had the privilege of accompanying individuals and groups through seasons of healing, transition, loss, growth, and transformation. This work is more than a profession for me—it is a vocation rooted in deep listening, compassionate presence, and a trust in our innate capacity to heal, grow, and rediscover meaning.

My approach is relational, grounded, and holistic, drawing primarily from Gestalt psychotherapy while also integrating spirituality, transpersonal perspectives, mindfulness, and the wisdom traditions of conscious ageing and elderhood. I offer a space where you can bring your whole self—where silence is honoured, where your story can unfold at its own pace, and where complexity is welcomed with care and curiosity.

Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I work as a supervisor, group facilitator, spiritual companion, and Sage-ing Leader. I am also a forgiveness ambassador and have a deep interest in the ways forgiveness, meaning-making, and conscious living support emotional and spiritual wellbeing throughout the lifespan.

As both a mother and grandmother, life itself has been one of my greatest teachers. Experiences of love and loss, joy and grief, vulnerability and resilience have deepened my faith in the human spirit and in our capacity to find wisdom through even the most difficult passages of life.

In recent years, my work has increasingly focused on the profound transitions of ageing, elderhood, and dying well. I am passionate about supporting others in approaching these thresholds with greater awareness, dignity, and compassion. Through the lens of conscious ageing, I believe the second half of life is not a diminishing, but a deepening—an invitation into greater authenticity, meaning, and spiritual maturity.

As an Anam Cara companion, I value the importance of soulful friendship, community, and belonging. At the heart of all my work is a commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported in becoming more fully themselves.
