Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Ideation, Loss & Bereavement, and Couples Therapy. My approach is humanistic and integrative meaning that I draw on whatever approach is appropriate to suit the individual needs of the client helping them to get to know themselves better, deal with life stresses and to live happier lives. I am influenced by the works of Carl Rogers who writes "It is the client who knows what hurts, ... the gentle and sensitive companionship of an empathic stance, provides illumination and healing. In such situations deep understanding is, I believe, the most precious gift one can give to another.€
