Areas of Interest
All aspects of the human condition are engaged with therapeutically including the following but not limited to this list:- loss, low mood, suffering, issues relating to family of origin, sexuality incl sexual orientations, relationship concerns & breakup, psychosexual issues, identity incl gender identity, child & adult physical/emotional/sexual abuse, living with a disability, illness & pain management, self acceptance and inner child work. My approach is humanistic & integrative incorporating psychodynamic, existential and gestalt psychotherapy and all within the attachment theory framework. An area of particular interest in which I have carried out research is The Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). Individual therapy for over 18's.
