About me
I enjoyed my professional journey as a secondary teacher in Ireland and then as a primary teacher in Kuwait, Egypt and Ireland for fifteen years.
I qualified as an adult psychotherapist in 2008 before commencing training to be a child psychotherapist and play therapist in 2009.
I feel privileged to have been working as a humanistic, integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist with children, adolescents and adults since then.
I enjoy accompanying my clients on their unique life journeys, through their highs and lows and through their search for the 'meaning and purpose' of their lives.
I move at my clients pace as they make sense of their lived experiences and empower themselves - in their own time.
I am eclectic in my approach and always open to creativity in sessions.
