About me
I founded and manage Wellness Rooms, a shared practice in Dublin 18. Wellness Rooms has many other therapists with a variety of disiplines e.g. play therapists, teen therapists etc.

We serve the communities of North Bray and South Dublin. Wellness Rooms Therapy is minutes away from Sandyford, Cherrywood and Foxrock. We are conveniently located by exit 15 on the M50, and next to the Leopardstown Valley green line Luas stop. Free and plentiful parking is available onsite.

In addition to managing Wellness Rooms in Dublin 18, I run a private practice in Ballinteer. I specialise in couples therapy intensives.

I qualified as a psychotherapist in 1999, my roles have included clinical director in a residential psychotherapy centre, maintaining a private practice, and designing and delivering many personal development group programmes. I also tutored on a psychotherapy degree course, where I designed and delivered the creative therapies module and facilitated humanistic and self development groups.

Following my core counselling and pychotherapy training I completed certificates in couples counselling, advanced CBT, mindfulness approaches, group therapy, gestalt process, sand therapy, and integrative bodywork.

My training in many models pre and post qualification enables me to adapt the work to the client. Clients can use ‘talk therapy’ to express and make sense of their issues and/or make use of creative or somatic ways of accessing resources. I often describe therapy as ‘facilitating people to get out of their own way’.
