Areas of Interest
My aim is to help people living with challenging issues such a depression, anxiety, low self esteem, panic attacks and relationship difficulties. I have a special interest in working with trauma related issues including childhood and adult sexual, emotional and physical abuse. I am particularly neurodivergent aware and I also enjoy working with the LGBTQ community.
