Dorothy draws on many theoretical approaches and includes aspects of CBT and Mindfulness approaches in her practice. Central to her practice is the therapeutic relationship and the creation of a safe, confidential space to explore one's life limiting difficulties,interpersonal relationships,anxiety, depression,trauma, bereavement and loss,while working towards a more fulfilling way of being in this world.
