About me

You are welcome to contact me to discuss if counselling or Psychotherapy would be of help to you now. Any issue that concerns you can be discussed in confidence without judgement.

I work from a humanistic and integrative perspective which means helping you to understand why you are feeling or behaving the way that you do, letting you share and be listened to safely, at a pace that suits you, without pressure.

I am fully accredited qualified and experienced in the field of psychotherapy and a member of the Irish association of humanistic and integrative psychotherapy.

I come from a background of Health Promotion & Education & Training and have worked in the field of mental health promotion for 25 years.
